Q: Where do you get your belts from?
A: All of our belts are made from scratch in our own manufacturing companies in the West Midlands, England.
 
Q: Are your items made using genuine leather?
A: Yes most of our items are made from high quality leather in England, unless they're non-leather items or otherwise stated.
 
Q: Is there a restriction on the text I can have on a personalised item?
A: Yes there is a small restriction, we are not allowed to infringe any copyright laws. So we are unable to make items with "ALL SAINTS" written on them etc.
 
 

Delivery Information

 
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Average delivery times vary between 2 and 3 days but it could be as quick as the following day depending on when you ordered.
These are average times so please be patient. If however you haven't received your belt after 2 weeks then please contact us to let us know as your order may not have been received, or there could be a problem with the courier.
 
Q: How will you send my order?
A:

Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for most orders...

Parceline Next Day if your order is too heavy for Royal Mail.

Returns

 
Q: I've received a belt and it doesn't fit. What shall I do?
A:

It is important that before any belt is ordered that you read our size guide. In the rare event that we've sent you the wrong size we'll offer you an exchange for the correct size.
If we've not made an error we'll offer an exchange for a larger size after receiving your other belt. We'll need to charge another postage cost to cover the costs.

If your item is personalised we are not required under distance selling regulations to offer an exchange or a refund. Make sure your item will fit by reading our size guide.

 
Q: My item has arrived damaged...
A: The most probable cause is that it's been damaged in the post. Contact us at contact@beltus.com to let us know what's happened and we'll take it from there.
